The academic year comprises three teaching quarters of 10 weeks each. Each course lasts one quarter. All students are strongly advised to take the intensive three-week review courses in Mathematics and Statistics, which will be taught during the month of September, before the official beginning of the regular graduate courses.

The Masters of Science are full-time programmes that require the successful completion of nine 40-hours graduate courses, and must satisfy the corresponding compulsory courses, while the remaining courses include any course in the Graduate Program in Economics, Finance and Management.


The MSc Degree in Economics
Director: Antonio Ciccone

The MSc degree in Economics provides a rigorous training, endowing students with a deep understanding of the field and a powerful set of techniques. These are precisely the skills required in demanding professional jobs and for admission to the most prestigious doctoral programmes. The MSc degree in Economics is offered in collaboration with the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (UPF-Barcelona GSE MSc in Economics)

 

The MSc Degree in Finance
Director: Xavier Freixas

The MSc degree in Finance is a rigorous program with the aim of creating experts in the field of Finance who can continue their studies towards the PhD in Finance, or who can find employment as experts in finance in top private or public sector institutions. The MSc Degree in Finance is offered in collaboration with the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (UPF-Barcelona GSE MSc in Finance)

 

The MSc Degree in Management
Director: Kalyan Talluri

The MSc degree in Management is designed to provide an intensive one-year training in the fundamentals of Management theory and practice. The program is aimed at providing students the skills, knowledge and tools to serve their professional career goals.
